The village of Llanwrda sits in the beautiful Twyi Valley in between the towns of Llandovery and Llandeilo.
As well as a beautiful church, Llanwrda has a primary school, busy garage, a flourishing shop and general stores, a pub and a cafe.
It also has its own station on the heart of Wales line and is on two regular bus routes; 288/289 to Lampeter 280/281 to Carmarthen. From May to October it is served by the National Park B10 bus to Brecon making it an ideal starting point for walkers and ramblers.
